Intranet Rollout to Academic Depts
Charge
- Develop a Website to support Faculty and Staff to do their jobs.
- To provide Infrastructure to Support College's Best Practices Deliverables .
- To provide intranet to academic departments, not just Dean's
office.
- Currently phase will provide "one stop shopping" to help some group of faculty and staff with what they need to do on a regular basis. Goal is to have this phase largely complete this summer.

- Taxonomy - Identified 200+ topics at ~4 different stakeholder meetings. Will be going a "card sort" method to place topics under broader terms for taxonomy in January.

- Content - Will make use of 200 page plus lab safety manual.
