This error occurs reliably the first time you publish
a page based one of the intranet templates.
This appears to be a bug associated with our specific
templates. Simpler templates we've created and the example templates
that come with Contribute do not cause this error.
This error is due to how we use cold fusion cfinclude
tag in our templates. We've replaced our use of cfinclude with
custom tags.
